Joined multicultural hands-graphics for Fear of Open Conflict

Fear of Open Conflict, Defensiveness, and Right to Comfort

January 25 @ 9:00 am - 11:30 pm

Join us on Friday, January 25th, 9 am – 11:30 am, for our second Racial Equity Learning Community (RELC) Event! This year we are continuing our journey into Dismantling White Supremacy Culture (WSC). Each session of RELC we will be diving into a group of specific aspects of WSC. This second session will continue to focus on Fear of Open Conflict, Defensiveness, and Right to Comfort but from a more “intervention” frame.

We will define culture, explore culture from the context of white supremacy and how this way of thinking, being and doing shapes our workplaces. Through this event, participants will develop a shared understanding of WSC so that it becomes visible in their organizations and begin to discuss interventions to proactively address these issues.

Registration is required for this event. The price is $20 for one person from an organization and $30 for two.

If you have any questions, please email Rebecca Jackson at rjackson@trinityinspires.org.
