Thanks to funding from a major Cummings Foundation grant, we have moved to a downtown office that will be accessible to all and provide greater visibility for the Network.

Since the fall of 2002 our home has been on the third floor of the First Congregational Church.  We are deeply grateful to the Church and its congregation for providing this space and support, without which our growth as an organization would have been difficult, if not impossible.

In recent years we have come to realize the importance of accessibility – having a space that a person with a physical disability, a mother with a stroller, or folks dropping off and picking up materials can get to easily.  This became a focus – in addition to expanding our programming and ensuring the sustainability of the organization – of our application last spring when we were invited to submit a major grant proposal to Cummings Foundation.

We have been in the process of moving since the beginning of December and expect to be “open for business” by January 15th. Look for our sign in the window of 2A Winchester Place, around the corner from Pondview Florist.  Please stop by to say hello!
