Winchester Multicultural Network Board members and supporters participated in the New England Anti-Defamation League’s Eighth Annual Nation of Immigrants Seder on Sunday afternoon, March 29, at the ballroom in the Campus Center of U Mass Boston.

On their web site, the ADL states:  “We believe that the story of the Jews’ liberation from slavery in Egypt — a story of suffering, liberation, and redemption—is a story applicable to all immigrant and ethnic groups.”

This community Seder included the re-telling of the timeless story of the Jewish people; the relevance of this story was confirmed as Boston-area immigrants of diverse cultures and ethnic communities shared their own immigration stories. Music from many cultures added to the celebration of the day!

This is the second year that the Network has been privileged to be a Community Partner for this important event.
